Researching for ideas of scenes from Music Video

Here is a short storyboard that I made based on the key elements that I was inspired from the music video "Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall". I picked out the key elements that I really found amazing from the music video which I think would work for our music video. Firstly is an illustrative motif that I thought would be really eye catching as it will bring another dynamic to the video like illustrating how the singer is feeling.

Secondly is having the lyrics from the song to be written around the artist or have it painted on the walls. I like this idea because we are not just relying on the person who's lip syncing in our group, but we are adding more to the video to not make it look boring and to add something different to the video...not just someone just singing.

The third idea clearly shows how we can blend the illustration and the singer together to make it look more attractive and more entertaining to the eye.

Fourth idea is based on the base track where we can shoot the artist on different angles and different sides to convey the feeling of the song like having some scenes played in slow motion because not only are we following the convention of a music video but we are also trying to show its impact to the audience.

The fifth idea is based on the second base track so we can share both scenes together that are both connected, allowing a consistency with the video.

And finally is the sixth idea is where we would have the artist standing still in each shot and then played in a sequence making it look that she just floated to one area to another. I really do hope that we can somehow incorporate these ideas in our music video.
